There will be traditional celebration as well as live music from Proxima Parada with support by The Vibe Setters. All artists will be performing full live sets on stage set up in a secure and safe private field so fans can enjoy a true live concert experience from the comfort of their car in a drive-in setting with the audio simulcast on an FM frequency.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

Vehicles will be positioned on a first-come, first-served basis in the general admission area. Oversized vehicles will be directed to designated areas. Vehicles will be spaced apart to promote social distancing.

Guests will tune in through their FM radio for audio sent directly from the stage. (A pre-show presentation will inform ticket holders of the station and instructions, as well as sound advisories.)

Guests are encouraged to bring their own snacks and refreshments as no concessions will be available on the Ranch. Restrooms will be available with social distancing protocols in place.

Masks are required for guests who choose to roll down their vehicle windows or use the restrooms.

Pricing: 

• $100 per vehicle (up to four guests allowed per vehicle).
• $150 VIP: Early entry and secured parking in first two rows

The event is designed to give music fans the live show experience, while still maintaining social distancing. Think DRIVE-IN meets LIVE ENTERTAINMENT.

Q: WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN?

A: All CDC and State of California guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with San Luis Obispo County and the City of San Luis Obispo to ensure this meets or exceeds all recommended standards. To ensure safety, we will leave enough distance between you and surrounding vehicles. We ask that all guests remain in/by their vehicles, practice social distancing, and wear masks whenever outside of their vehicle. In the event it is necessary for a guest to leave their vehicle, guests must use safe and social distancing practices, and wear a face covering. Security will strictly enforce guidelines. Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of security or staff members for guests to follow, will cause the guest to be subject to

removal. Event staff will be wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) as required by CDC guidelines. If a medical condition exists that prevents a guest from wearing a face-covering, then they must remain inside their vehicle at ALL times. No exceptions.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

A: No - tickets are only available online before the event. No tickets will not be sold in-person on site.

Q: ONCE I BUY MY TICKET, HOW IS IT RECEIVED?

A: The ticket will be included in the confirmation. You may print out the ticket or just open the PDF included with the confirmation on your phone.

Q: IF I DON’T HAVE A TICKET CAN I LISTEN TO THE SHOW FROM THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER NEARBY AREA?

A: No. All surrounding areas will be inaccessible for watching or listening to the show.

Q: ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?

A: No - All tickets are General Admission based on color section and row number and will NOT be assigned prior to arrival. Vehicles will be placed on a first come first served basis to a parking space in their designated color section and row number upon arrival. To ensure you don’t miss a thing, we have large video screens on each side of the stage. For those fans looking for the most intimate experience, a limited number of VIP tickets are available that assure early entry and parking in the first two rows.

Q: RULES FOR PARKING

A: Please follow the direction of parking attendants and venue staff. For everyone’s safety, it is important that you stay in the space you are assigned throughout the event. Parking spaces between vehicles must remain clear.

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

A: La Cuesta Ranch will open at 90 minutes prior to show time. We suggest planning your arrival around 45-60 minutes prior to show time.

Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

A: Social distance scanning will be by holding the ticket against your rolled up

window. Our team will scan your ticket through the glass. If this is not possible and your window needs to be rolled down, you must wear a mask. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Q: WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

A: Gates close 15 minutes past show time. NO one will be allowed in after that. No refunds will be granted.

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T USE MY TICKET?

A: All sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Q: DOES EVERYONE IN MY CAR NEED A TICKET?

A: No, you will only need one ticket per car. The number of passengers in your vehicle must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats. It is recommended that you only share a vehicle with household members with whom you have been sheltering in place.

Q: CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

A: In and out privileges are not permitted.

Q: IF I NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE THE SHOW IS OVER, WILL I BE ABLE TO EXIT THE PARKING LOT?

A: We ask that everyone stay in their parking space until the end of the show. In case of an emergency you may exit.
